IRIS Explorer Training

by Frances Iles, NAG Limited

The two IRIS Explorer training courses run by NAG have continued to be very popular this year. The first, Introduction to IRIS Explorer, describes how to use the system to create applications using pre-existing modules. It also introduces data input via the DataScribe application, which can be used to build data reading and conversion modules. The second course, Working with IRIS Explorer, is a complete account of building new modules in the IRIS Explorer programming environment. In addition, it provides an introduction to Shape, which is an interpreted scripting language used for data manipulation in IRIS Explorer modules.

Full details of the training schedule, together with a new on-line tutorial introduction to IRIS Explorer, are available on our WWW page.
