Matt: choptuik@physics.ubc.ca Monique: mschoptuik@hotmail.com Driving Directions From UBC Take SW Marine Drive to W57th Ave Turn left onto W57th, proceed across West Blvd and the railroad tracks and past the "mini mall" (Choices, etc.) Turn right onto Angus Turn left onto W61st Ave. 1637 is the 5th last house on the north towards the end of a long block (see red dot on map at right) From Granville northbound Turn left at W61st, 1637W is then 1.25 block west on the north side (five houses past Adera, which forms the western border of Shannon Park; see red dot on map at right) From Granville southbound Turn right at W61st, 1637W is then 1.25 block west on the north side (five houses past Adera, which forms the western border of Shannon Park; see red dot on map at right From Highway 99 northbound into Vancouver (from Tssawassen ferries, e.g.) Cross the Oak Street Bridge, and take the second Marine Drive exit at the end of the bridge.  As you come out of the cloverleaf exit, follow the overhead signs for "Marine Dr West": practically, this means stay in your lane (rightmost or second rightmost lane), exit under the Arthur Laing bridge (again to the right), which will bring you up onto Granville St. which shares the roadway with Marine until 70th. Be careful as you merge onto Granville, maneuver into the center lane and stay there until you are north of 65th or so, then get into your left lane for a left turn onto 61st From the eastern suburbs Take the Richmond Freeway, HIghway 91, eastbound to Highway 99 northbound.  Proceeed as per 4. above

Transit Service From UBC 41/49/25 etc. to West Blvd (Arbutus), transfer to 16 southbound, get off at Angus and 63rd Ave 480 to 63rd Ave and Granville From Downtown 10 to 61st Ave 98 to 70th Ave, walk back to 61st or take 10 north to 62nd Ave
