Description:

    calc_resid: calculates the residuals functions on all the 
                grid. res1 is the residual for the slicing
                condition, res2 for the HC, res3 for the 
                r-component of the MC and res4 for the
                z-component of the MC. Specially written for MG. 

    test_relax: testing routine to test relax
    relax:      Main routine to do the relaxation.
    res_relax:  Routine to do the sweep 
                (either lexicographic or Red Black)
    linear_solver: Routine to solve the linear system at each point. 

    jacob:      Storage of the jacobian.    
    residuals:  Storage of the residual residual.
